Description

This is the main Ships steam Whistle from the langell Boys, Built st Clair MI in 1890. Made by the Galvin Brasserrey Works in Detroit Mi 1890. The langell Boys whistle was lengthened sometime during it's long life to change the sound tone and make it more unique. It stands 50" Tall and was recovered by Diver Jim Dougherty in the early 1960's where it remained until being aquired by our Museum. We also have many other artifacts from this wreck.
