USLSS brass powder Flask Life Saving Service

Near perfect condition is this rare Brass USLSS Brass powder flask. It would contain the DuPont Black powder that was used by the US LIfe Saving Service to charge the Bronze Lyle Gun. The top would contain the powder measure, and this allowed the Surfman to load the right amount into the Lyle Gun.
