Pair of Ship's Cabin Passage Lights by R&S Co.

A Beautiful Pair of Ship's Cabin Passage Lights by the R & S Co. of New York. Restored for professional museum display these two lights are a great find and would be a beautiful addition to anyone's maritime display or nautical decor. Restore further and put them back into service.

Both of these fine pieces display the R & S Co.'s authentic insignia near the lights mounting gear. Found on the brass cage the "R&S CO" stamp is well seen and in raised lettering in the glass is "P.S.C.O.". Each displays their unique identifier number, "2410-B" and "2400B". Both are in extremely nice condition. There are some of the usual small dents and scratches, consistent with what one might guess to be their age. They have been carefully hand polished and sealed to preserve their natural patina...making them secure for interior or exterior display.

There are no electrical reciprocals present but assured could be added.

Serial No. 2410-B:
Overall length, from brass mounting area to the tip of the light cage, 11 inches. Diameter of light cage 4 inches. Brass electrical area measures 6" in length, 3.5" wide by 2" deep. Weight, approximately 7.4 lbs

Serial No. 2400B:
Overall length, from brass mounting area to the tip of the light cage, 10.5 inches. Diameter of light cage 5 inches. Brass electrical area measures 6.5" in length, 3.5" wide by 2" deep. Weight, approximately 7.6 lbs
