Description

A very Substantial Bourdon Gauge Made by the American Steam Gauge & Valve Manufacturing Co. Circa Early 1900's

Professionally mounted on beautiful solid hardwood for museum presentation this antique steam pressure gauge show's "PAT'D. MAR. 24.03" (1903) and has the vintage black indicator intact and in great condition! There are minor scratches, dents and usual discoloration, consistent with brass nickel plated instruments over their years in service.

Very cool gauge, displaying the unusual center mechanism. Gauge has been displayed in museum - not tested for working condition report.

Wonderful addition for any nautical, locomotive industry, or American Steam Gauge & Valve Co. collection! It displays BIG!
